Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
As most of our pieces are one-off items, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or general preference. Once an item has sold, we typically do not have another of the same piece available.
We take great care to accurately photograph, describe, and present each item before sale. For quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes, detailed photographic records of all items are taken and securely stored prior to dispatch.
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. In order to be eligible for review, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and with no signs of wear, damage, washing, fragrance, or alteration.
If you believe your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue, your order details, and packaging photos where relevant. Once your return is approved and the item has been received back and inspected, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
