We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia.
Order Processing & Careful Packaging

Processing & Dispatch: We book your courier on the same day you place your order! Orders are packed and booked immediately, ready for courier pickup the next business day (orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be booked for courier pickup on Monday).

Careful Packaging: Every single order is packed with the utmost care using secure, protective materials to ensure your items arrive safely and undamaged.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Once Picked Up)
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, standard delivery times vary depending on your location:

North Island (New Zealand): 1–3 business days

South Island (New Zealand): 2–4 business days (please allow an extra 2–3 days for rural addresses)

Australia: 3–10 business days (depending on the chosen service and customs clearance)
Shipping Costs & Address Details

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Courier Handover & Tracking
Once your courier has been booked and your order dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable). From that point, delivery is managed by our trusted courier partners. While we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises, we are not responsible for transit delays outside of our control.
Damaged Parcels
We take every precaution to protect your goods during transit. However, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, the inner wrapping, and the damaged item so we can promptly assess the issue and assist you. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
