Shipping Policy
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from New Zealand. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your parcel is sent. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will depend on the courier service and your location within New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation where applicable. From that point, delivery is in the hands of the courier provider, and while we’ll always do our best to assist if an issue arises, we are not responsible for courier delays outside of our control.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and item so we can assess the issue.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping and currently cater to New Zealand customers only.
